STRETCHING & TUMBLING
Improve your flexibility and learn basic tumbling like cartwheels, handstands and basic flips in this class. Open to all levels.
Wear comfortable, fitted clothes. Avoid loose clothes and shorts.
Federica is our aerial arts instructor. She has over 20 years of experience in rhythmic gymnastics and 12 years of experience in aerial arts. She specializes in silks, hoop, stretching & tumbling.
