Inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and pilates, barre is a total body workout that focuses on isometric strength training toning your thighs, abs and arms and increasing strength and flexibility while using the ballet barre. Students of all levels are encouraged to join.

Leggings or yoga pants, socks (preferably socks with grips on the soles), ballet slippers or tennis shoes.
