AERIAL SILKS

Popularized by Cirque du Soleil, aerial silks, is an apparatus that consists of one long piece of fabric attached to the ceiling to create two long tails. In this class you will gain upper body and abdominal strength while learning wraps, climbs, spins, flips and drops, all while suspended in beautiful, soft aerial fabric.

AERIAL HOOP

Discover the beautiful art of aerial hoop, a circular steel ring similar to a hula hoop that is suspended in the air! In this class you will learn poses and moves on and above the hoop that will tone and condition your body as well as improve your flexibility, mobility and strength.

STRETCHING & TUMBLING

Improve your flexibility and learn basic tumbling like cartwheels, handstands and basic flips in this class. Open to all levels.

VERTICAL FITNESS

Vertical Fitness is a full-body workout that helps you gain upper body, core strength and flexibility. It’s fun, great for your body and addictive!
